Top 3 Sleekest Staples of Summer

Hey there darlings! Hope you’re having an awesome summer so far. I am, even though I’m super busy and running all over the place. I must say that this one is such a late post. I probably should have posted this before. But didn’t get time to write to you guys. However, living in Texas I guess it’s fair to say I’m not that late 😉

Summer is all about travel and outdoor time. Finding something appropriate yet cute to wear in a 100-degree weather could be a little hard to decide. I thought of coming up with 3 basic outfits for summer to share with y’all – Shorts, Skirts and Rompers! I’m obsessed with pinks and whites this season and excited to bring some outfits styled in these specific colors 🙂 Scroll till the bottom of this post.

I wear shorts more than you might guess in the summer. During the day when it’s hot outside they are lightweight and keeps me cool. Especially when they are paired with ultra lightweight tops they become the perfect day-time combo. I’m obsessed with the subtle embroidery detail on this Zara netted blush pink top and the sleeves are just too cute. For a summery vibe I added a pair of sneakers with pearl detailing. They add a fun casual vibe to any outfit. This combination is pretty easy to wear and also makes for a picture-perfect travel outfit.

♥ Skirts ♥

Midi skirts are great for dressing up or down. Try styling your midi skirts with a t-shirt. You can either tuck it in or knot it at the waist. An effortless way to wear pencil skirts is with comfortable t-shirts or loose fitted tops. This baby pink color paired with a printed green top makes it a unique in-contrast outfit. Knotted up t-shirt also enhances the length of the skirt. I feel they makes an outfit look cooler and all the more comfortable to carry. Do you feel the same? I added this cute red wrist bag for a pop of color. The wrist straps are extremely comfortable for people like me who likes to keep their hands free 😉 And for something little more dressy i added a pair of chunky heels.

♥ Rompers ♥

I have been very into rompers lately! I feel like if you find a piece of clothing that is flattering, you should wear it as often as possible! I think it is a great staple to have and super easy to throw on and go. White color is Chic AF during summers and this white romper from TopShop is surely a hit in my closet. I’m obsessed with the subtle pleating and the drawstring belt detail. Gives an extra feminine edge to the outfit. Previously I’ve also styled this romper with a blazer during Spring and with a jacket during Fall. A pretty versatile piece from my collection. Styling with chunky leather bracelets is one of my things. I’m wearing one from Tory Burch that I picked early this summer and i’m in LOVEEE 🙂
